Job Description
- Pack fresh, chilled and frozen food products according to production requirements and customer specifications.
- Weigh and portion food products accurately according to the required product specifications.
- Ensure products are properly packed, sealed and presented before transferring them to the designated storage area.
- Operate basic packing equipment and machinery safely and correctly.
- Assist with vacuum packing, sealing and other packing processes where required.
- Follow daily production plans and complete assigned packing tasks within the required timeline.
- Assist the Production team with other food processing activities when required.
Job Requirements
- Previous experience in food production, food packing, meat processing or a related environment is an advantage.
- Food Safety & Hygiene certification is preferred.
- Able to understand and follow simple English instructions and SOPs.
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Able to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically fit and able to stand for prolonged periods.
- Able to lift and carry products/materials of approximately 10 kg.
- Comfortable working in chilled/cold-room environments.
- Willing to handle raw food products, including meat.
- Able to commit two months till Mid of November
