Export Manager

Role:

DairyHub.lt is a growing dairy trading company specializing in high-quality dairy products for international markets. We are looking for an experienced and commercially driven Export Manager to expand our hard cheese business across European markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, developing new business, and driving export growth.

The successful candidate will have excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a growing international sales team of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute export sales strategies for cheese and butter products across EU markets. Identify and secure new customers, distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners. Manage and grow relationships with existing clients. Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing, and supply terms. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs. Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment. Prepare sales forecasts, market reports, and business development plans. Represent DairyHub.lt at international trade fairs, industry events, and customer meetings. Ensure compliance with EU regulations and export documentation requirements.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years’ FMCG export sales experience (experience in the dairy industry is highly preferred). Proven track record of developing new business and managing key customer accounts. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and achieve ambitious sales targets. Fluency in English; additional European languages are considered an advantage. Commercial mindset with a proactive and results-oriented approach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Willingness to travel across Europe as required.
