The Indigo Experience

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Media & IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recording, editing, and uploading lessons for students to access through our Learning Portal. Additionally, the Media & IT Executive will provide essential IT support and assist with marketing production. Responsibilities: Lesson Recording and Editing: Record, edit, and upload lessons to the learning portal. Ensure high-quality video and audio production. Manage and organize digital content. IT Support: Troubleshoot and resolve basic connectivity and network issues. Address hardware and software-related issues for laptops. Implement and manage simple cybersecurity protocols. Provide first-line support for any technical issues. Marketing Production: Set up filming equipment for marketing content. Record marketing videos. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content. Requirements: Basic experience in video recording and editing. Basic IT support skills, including troubleshooting connectivity and hardware/software issues. Familiarity with cybersecurity protocols. Availability to work on weekends and/or Public Holidays. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Experience in an educational setting. Background in media production.
