The City Lead plays a vital role in achieving this mission at a local level, ensuring high-quality rental operations, seamless service coordination, and a consistent customer-centric experience. As the site leader, the City Lead drives operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey within their city, acting as a bridge between global standards and local execution.

The Role

The City Lead has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of an urban depot. While still being heavily involved in operational tasks (60–70%), this role carries clear both managerial and financial responsibility.

They lead the local team, manage depot costs, ensure efficient fleet turnover, and promote continuous operational improvement. This role is responsible not only for execution but also for results. Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high-performance, profitable, and customer-centric operation daily.

Key responsibilities

Be responsible for the overall performance of the depot across all Rental and Service activities.

Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift and task planning, as well as performance feedback.

Act as a cultural and operational role model for the depot.

Perform daily tracking of KPIs and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Monitor and improve vehicle availability, intervening directly to perform repairs if necessary.

Be responsible for depot cost management, including the use of consumables, prevention of rework, and the application of disciplined cost control practices.

Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for sales appointments.

Practical requirements

Able to lift or move light to moderate objects (10–15 kg) and to stand, walk, and move around the depot for long periods.

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions.

Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and high-demand periods, supporting urgent operational needs.

3 to 5 years of experience in fast-paced operations, logistics, rental, hospitality, or customer service environments.

Strong operational hands-on capability, with the ability to get directly involved in daily depot flows.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute physical tasks during periods of high activity.

Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons, ensuring operational continuity.

Driver's license (Category B) required.

Proficiency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
