The City Lead plays an essential role in achieving this mission at a local level by ensuring high-quality rental operations, seamless service coordination, and a consistent, customer-centric customer experience. As an on-site leader, the City Lead ensures operational excellence, team performance, and the overall customer journey in their city, serving as a bridge between global standards and local execution.

The role

The City Lead has full responsibility for the daily operations and performance of an urban depot. While remaining heavily involved in the field (60–70%), this role carries clear managerial and financial responsibility.

The City Lead leads the local team, manages depot costs, ensures efficient fleet rotation, and drives continuous operational improvement. This role is responsible not only for execution but also for results.

Reporting directly to the District Manager, you are responsible for delivering a high-performing, profitable, and customer-centric operation every day.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the overall performance of the depot through rental and service activities.

Lead, supervise, and develop the local operational team, including shift and task planning, as well as performance monitoring.

Be a cultural and operational role model for the depot.

Monitor daily KPIs and ensure compliance with SOPs.

Monitor and improve vehicle availability, intervening directly to perform repairs if necessary.

Be responsible for the financial performance of the depot, including consumables management, loss prevention, and strict application of cost control best practices.

Supervise the preparation and presentation of RVs for commercial appointments.

Practical requirements

Capable of lifting or moving light to moderate objects (10–15 kg) and standing, walking, and moving around the depot for long periods.

Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, in varying weather conditions.

Flexible to work weekends, public holidays, and peak periods, in support of urgent operational needs.

3 to 5 years of experience in fast-paced operational environments, logistics, rental, hospitality, or direct customer contact.

Strong practical operational capacity, with the ability to get directly involved in daily depot flows.

Ability to multitask, prioritize, and execute physical tasks during high-activity periods.

Flexibility to work extended shifts during peak seasons, ensuring operational continuity.

Driver's license (Category B) required.

Proficiency in English (mandatory); French is a plus.
