THE ROLE
Support & Cleaning Agent focuses exclusively on maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the rental flow.
This is a practical, physical, detail-oriented operational role responsible for:
- Cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle
- Preparing the vans with kits and necessities
- Inspecting vehicles after return
- Handling cleaning equipment and consumables
- Supporting depot organization and logistics
WHAT WILL YOU WORK WITH?
Fleet Cleaning : Cleaning and maintaining the vehicle's interior and exterior to meet hygienic and aesthetic standards, and ensuring consistent high-quality results.
Vehicle Preparation : Preparing campervans with necessary kits, bedding, and optional extra equipment, ensuring they are ready for booking and check-in/check-out.
Post-return Inspection & Reporting : Inspecting vehicles upon return for cleanliness, missing items, or damage, and reporting issues for follow-up.
Inventory & Consumables Management : Handling inventory and consumables, including receiving, storing, and organizing materials, as well as reporting shortages or damage.
Logistics & Depot Organization : Assisting with depot logistics, keeping cleaning areas organized, moving vehicles, and supporting operational needs during peak seasons.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Must have : Experience with cleaning
- Nice to have : Experience from hospitality, warehouse, housekeeping, or operations is preferred.
- Must have : Strong attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
- Must have : Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks (cleaning, lifting, moving equipment).
- Must have : Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have : Driver's license (category B).
- Must have : English and nice to have : Norwegian skills
PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must have : Able to perform physically active cleaning services for most of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stretching, and repetitive movements.
- Must have : Comfortable working inside vehicles (tight spaces, elevated surfaces) and outdoors around the fleet.
- Must have : Able to lift, move, or carry cleaning equipment, vacuum equipment, water hoses, chemical products, or kits (up to 15 kg).
- Must have : Comfortable using cleaning products and chemicals safely, including disinfectants, detergents, stain removers, glass cleaners, and surface treatments (training provided).
- Must have : Must follow company safety guidelines when handling chemical products.
- Must have : Comfortable working in varying temperatures and weather conditions when vehicles are washed or prepared outdoors.
- Must have : Able to maintain cleaning quality and speed during high-volume operations and peak season.
- Must have : Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and during peak season periods.
- Must have : Able to adapt to operational needs at short notice (e.g., emergencies or extra cleaning tasks).
