  • Control the flawless function of mirrors, lights, windows, doors, as well as blinds/curtains;
  • Check the function of heating, electrical, and water systems;
  • Install stickers/decals, GPS, and radios in new vehicles;
  • Ensure that all keys are present and documentation is neatly organized, as well as taking on further tasks;
  • Receive, unpack, and organize deliveries; load kits and optional extras into new vehicles;
  • Drive campervans between the production site and Indie Campers locations, ensuring a safe and careful driving style;
  • Prepare and clean campervans before rental;
  • Manage incoming reservations, welcome guests, and perform check-in and check-out processes.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

  • Very high attention to detail;
  • Solid technical knowledge of campervans or strong curiosity and ability to learn quickly;
  • Excellent organizational skills as well as problem-solving competence;
  • Valid driver's license and confidence in driving a campervan;
  • Willingness to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays, during the Infleet Task Force phase (2 months) (mandatory);
  • Good physical resilience and strength (the role involves lifting, unpacking, and organizing deliveries);
  • Very good English skills.

THE INDIE PROMISE

  • Become part of a young, innovative, and fast-growing company where your contribution truly makes a difference;
  • Development opportunities in Field Operations as well as the possibility to move to our offices in Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila;
  • Continuous training and coaching to develop the skills that are most important to you.
