The Cleaning Agent is essential to ensuring that each caravan is impeccable, safe, and ready for the next customer, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

THE ROLE

The Support & Cleaning Agent focuses exclusively on maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the rental fleet. This is a practical, physical, and detail-oriented operational role, responsible for:

Cleaning the interiors and exteriors of the vehicles

Preparing the vans with kits and essentials

Inspecting the vehicles after return

Managing cleaning supplies and consumables

Supporting warehouse organization and logistics

WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?

Fleet Cleaning: Cleaning and maintaining the interiors and exteriors of the vehicles to meet hygiene and appearance standards, ensuring consistent high-quality results.

Vehicle Preparation: Preparing the campervans with necessary kits, bedding, and optional extras, ensuring readiness for bookings and check-in/check-out processes.

Post-Return Inspection & Reporting: Inspecting vehicles after return to check for cleanliness, missing items, or damage, and reporting issues for follow-up.

Inventory & Consumables Management: Managing stock and consumables, including receiving, storing, and organizing supplies, while reporting shortages or damages.

Warehouse Logistics & Organization: Assisting with warehouse logistics, keeping cleaning areas organized, moving vehicles, and supporting operational needs during peak periods.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Mandatory requirements:

Cleaning experience

Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards

Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks (cleaning, lifting, and moving equipment)

Reliable, punctual, and able to work in high-pressure environments

Driver's license (Category B)

English

Desirable requirements: Experience in hospitality, warehouse, housekeeping, or operations

PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

Mandatory requirements:

Ability to perform physically active cleaning tasks for most of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stretching, and repetitive movements

Comfortable working inside vehicles (tight spaces, elevated surfaces) and outdoors, around the fleet

Ability to lift, move, or carry cleaning equipment, vacuums, water hoses, chemicals, or kits (up to 15 kg)

Comfortable using cleaning products and chemicals safely, including disinfectants, detergents, stain removers, glass cleaners, and surface treatments (training provided)

Following company safety guidelines when handling chemicals

Comfortable working in varied temperatures and weather conditions when washing or preparing vehicles outdoors

Capable of maintaining cleaning quality and speed during high-volume operations and peak season

Flexible to work weekends, holidays, and peak season hours

Capable of adapting to last-minute operational needs (e.g., urgent shifts or additional cleaning tasks)
