As we expand our product offering, we rely on exceptional field professionals capable of delivering memorable customer experiences while contributing to business results.

The Rental Service Agent position has a dual dimension:

Customer experience lead for rentals

Sales specialist for motorhome demonstrations and sales conversion

This role is essential to ensuring customer satisfaction, whether they are starting a rental adventure or purchasing their future motorhome.

THE ROLE

The Rental Service Agent manages all rental operations in direct contact with customers and performs professional demonstrations of leisure vehicles to convert prospects into buyers. This is an operational, hands-on, and customer-centric role, combining service, product presentation, operational execution, and commercial follow-up management.

In both rental and sales activities, this position ensures that every vehicle, every interaction, and every moment experienced by the customer reflects the high standards of Indie Campers.

  • Customer service and operations: performing check-ins/check-outs, briefings, and providing continuous support during the rental. Managing service incidents and emergencies with empathy.
  • Sales demonstrations and customer relations: preparing and conducting leisure vehicle demonstrations, presenting features, specifications, and needs specific to each customer. Ensuring that vehicle handovers run smoothly and that all documentation is in order.
  • Sales conversion and lead management: following up on leads, demonstrations, and reminders in the CRM. Transforming rental customers into sales opportunities and supporting the RV Sales District and the City Lead in achieving their objectives.
  • Product knowledge and technical support: maintaining good knowledge of Indie Campers vehicle models and performing basic demonstrations of systems (lighting, gas, etc.). Identifying problems, resolving them when possible, and escalating if necessary.
