Support & Cleaning activities are essential to ensure that every vehicle is impeccable, safe, and ready for the next customer, directly influencing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

THE ROLE

The Support & Cleaning Agent is exclusively dedicated to maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation of the rental fleet. This is an operational, hands-on, physical role that requires attention to detail, responsible for:

• Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles
• Preparing vans with essential kits and equipment
• Inspecting vehicles upon their return
• Managing cleaning products and consumables
• Supporting depot organization and logistics

WHAT WILL YOU BE WORKING ON?

• Fleet cleaning: cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of vehicles to meet hygiene and presentation standards, ensuring consistent and high-quality results.
• Vehicle preparation: preparing campervans with the required kits, bedding, and additional options to ensure their availability for bookings as well as for check-in/check-out processes.
• Post-return inspection and reporting: inspecting vehicles upon their return to check for cleanliness, missing items, or potential damage, and reporting issues for follow-up.
• Stock and consumables management: managing stocks and consumables, including receiving, storing, and organizing supplies, while reporting shortages or damages.
• Depot logistics and organization: contributing to depot logistics, keeping cleaning areas organized, moving vehicles, and supporting operational needs during peak periods.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Required: experience in cleaning. Preferred: experience in hospitality, warehouse, housekeeping, or operations.
• Required: high attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.
• Required: good physical condition and ability to perform manual tasks (cleaning, lifting loads, moving equipment).
• Required: reliable, punctual person capable of working in fast-paced environments.
• Required: driver's license (category B).
• Required: English. Preferred: proficiency in the local language (if applicable).

PHYSICAL AND OPERATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Required: ability to perform physical cleaning tasks for most of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, kneeling, stretching, and performing repetitive movements.
• Required: comfortable working inside vehicles (tight spaces, elevated surfaces) as well as outside around the fleet.
• Required: ability to lift, move, or carry cleaning equipment, vacuums, water hoses, chemicals, or kits (up to 15 kg).
• Required: comfortable with the safe use of cleaning and chemical products, including disinfectants, detergents, stain removers, glass cleaners, and surface treatments (training provided).
• Required: compliance with company safety instructions when handling chemical products.
• Required: comfortable working in different temperatures and weather conditions when washing or preparing vehicles outdoors.
• Required: ability to maintain cleaning quality and speed during high-volume operations and peak season.
• Required: flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and during peak seasonality periods.
• Required: ability to adapt to last-minute operational needs (e.g., urgent rotations or additional cleaning tasks).
