Job Summary

Manage key semiconductor customer accounts, develop long-term business relationships, and drive sales growth. Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Manage and expand strategic semiconductor customer accounts to drive business growth
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve customer concerns to ensure timely delivery
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities aligned with market trends and customer needs
• Communicate product specifications, lead times, and delivery schedules clearly and promptly to customers
• Prepare accurate quotations and negotiate contracts to secure favorable terms
• Coordinate cross-functionally with operations and supply chain teams to meet customer requirements
• Analyze customer requirements and semiconductor market trends to inform account strategies
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through effective relationship management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Electronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field
• MBA qualification is advantageous
• 3 to 5 years of account management or sales experience in the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills applied to customer and internal stakeholder interactions
• Effective project management and problem-solving skills demonstrated in managing customer projects
• Ability to travel as required
