SALES EXECUTIVE

Roles & Responsibilities

• Attend to walk-in, telephone, and online enquiries in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
• Promote and sell new and pre-owned vehicles to both individual and corporate customers.
• Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable vehicle models, financing solutions, and insurance packages.
• Conduct vehicle test drives and effectively present the key features, specifications, benefits, and value of each vehicle.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle specifications, pricing, promotions, financing options, and inventory.
• Follow up proactively with company-provided leads and prospective customers to maximise sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers through professional communication and excellent service.
• Prepare accurate quotations, sales documentation, loan applications, insurance arrangements, and trade-in valuations.
• Coordinate closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth and timely vehicle delivery.
• Manage and update vehicle listings across online platforms, including Sgcarmart, Carousell, Facebook, and Instagram.
• Provide professional after-sales support and conduct appropriate customer follow-ups to ensure a positive ownership experience.
• Monitor and report sales performance, market trends, customer feedback, and business opportunities to management.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets and performance objectives.

Requirements

• Singaporean / Singapore Permanent Resident (PR) only
• Valid Class 3 Driving License with at least 2 years of driving experience
• Candidates with or without prior sales experience are welcome
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and results-oriented
• Customer-focused with a strong interest in the automotive industry
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
