Marketing & Sales Exec (Marine Sector)

Responsibilities :

1. To manage customer satisfaction needs and requirements.
2. To generate sales forecast, sales report and performance plans for management review
3. Develop marketing strategy for the company to achieve monthly sales targets
4. Communicate with the existing clients for business.
5. Interact, engage and built a good relationship with customer
6. To follow up with potential leads into sales
7. Organize customer visits and conduct presentations regarding product and services
8. Help in the preparation of quotation, purchase order when necessary
9. Communicate with the Shipping Industries Associations and participate with the events.
10. Conduct weekly meeting with the team to tackle issues and concerns.
11. Assisting Commercial, Purchasing Department when loaded and or absence.

Requirements:

1. At least Diploma, Advance/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Sales & marketing or Business Studies.
2. Minimum 2 year relevant experience preferable in the marine and oil & gas industry.
3. Strong verbal, written and organizational skills.
4. Ability to multitask.
5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
