Qualifications

• Minimum Senior High School
• Have xeperience in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in rotary kiln operations, preferably in nickel smelting, ferronickel, or pyrometallurgical processing.
• At least 1–2 years of experience leading a production team or shift.
• Good understanding of rotary kiln operations, process parameters, equipment safety, and troubleshooting.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work on a shift roster and in an industrial plant environment.
• Have K3 sertification (understanding about K3).
