Deputy Head Division - Rotary kilyn

Requirement:

• Minimum : High Senior School
• have ecperience in Metallurgical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in industrial production, preferably in nickel smelting or rotary kiln operations.
• Previous experience as a Senior Foreman, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or equivalent leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of rotary kiln process control, production planning, equipment performance, and process troubleshooting.
• Proven ability to lead teams, monitor KPIs, and improve production efficiency.
• Good analytical, coordination, communication, and reporting skills.
• Willing to work at the plant and follow company operational schedules.
