Inside Sales Representative (M/F)

At Incora, we support major players in aeronautics and industry through innovative supply chain and procurement management solutions. As part of our development, we are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to strengthen our team based in Toulouse.

Your missions

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be a key player in the customer relationship and will work in close collaboration with the sales, logistics, and customer service teams.

In this capacity, you will notably be responsible for:

Managing and developing an existing client portfolio; Being the main point of contact for clients for their daily requests; Ensuring rigorous follow-up of orders, quotes, and client data to guarantee the reliability of operations. Identifying additional sales opportunities and contributing to commercial development; Collaborating with internal teams to ensure satisfaction and compliance with client requirements; Participating in the resolution of issues related to orders, deadlines, or supplies.

Profile sought

We are looking for a rigorous, dynamic person oriented towards customer satisfaction.

Ideally, you possess:

Successful experience in an inside sales, ADV, or B2B customer relations role; Good mastery of Excel and IT tools; Excellent organizational skills and priority management; A strong sense of detail and reactivity in a demanding and constantly evolving environment; Experience in an international environment and/or in the field of export; A professional level of English (minimum B2 in writing and speaking). Technical knowledge of the aeronautics, industrial, or supply chain sector would be a plus.
