Data Governance And Adoption Analytics Subject Matter Expert

Your tasks

Serve as the subject-matter authority on data governance, data quality, data management, data privacy and BI/analytics concepts for all programme content. Review and validate the technical accuracy of data-related communication and training content. Design and maintain a KPI/adoption-measurement framework covering engagement, literacy and satisfaction metrics. Build and maintain BI dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to track programme adoption and effectiveness. Design, administer and analyse surveys (e.g., via Microsoft Forms or similar tools) to measure awareness, satisfaction and literacy. Compile periodic (quarterly/annual) adoption and measurement reports, with trend analysis and improvement recommendations. Advise on data-literacy frameworks and awareness-assessment design. Support executive briefings and stakeholder sessions with data-domain credibility. Maintain alignment with the organisation's data strategy, governance policies and relevant regulatory context.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Management, Information Systems, Computer Science) with a minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in data governance, data management, data quality, analytics or BI. Experience in enterprise data environments preferred. Demonstrable experience building and maintaining BI dashboards and measurement frameworks. Data governance and management frameworks (e.g., DAMA-DMBOK); data quality and data privacy. BI & analytics; KPI framework design; dashboard development (Power BI or similar). Survey design and analysis; stakeholder advisory. Translating technical concepts for business audiences. CDMP (DAMA) — preferred; a BI-platform certification (e.g., Power BI Data Analyst) — preferred; a cloud data-governance certification — a plus. Language: English (fluent).
