xGMobile - Project Management Internship

xGMobile, a 5G and 6G Networks Competence Center, is recruiting students interested in an internship in the area of Project Management.

Responsibilities and assignments Support project managers in the monitoring and control of projects; Track and perform the tracing of equipment purchase orders made by researchers; Perform the control and archiving of publications and other research project results; Assist in the structured collection of project progress information, in the consolidation of indicators, and in the preparation of documentation; Configure and maintain project management environments and tools, ensuring their correct functioning; Perform other activities related to your function and the procedures of your work process, as needed.

Requirements and qualifications Currently enrolled in Higher Education, preferably in Engineering, Technology, Management, or Administration; Knowledge in: Office Package (Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel), Agile methodologies, Documentation; Intermediate English; Availability of 20 hours per week.

Additional information Internship schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. Internship location: Inatel Campus, located in Santa Rita do Sapucaí - MG.
