RETAIL SITE MANAGER

WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU:

• organization, coordination, and supervision of all business activities of the retail site; coordination of activities such as the sale of motor fuels, lubricants, non-fuels, catering offers and services, exchange business, car wash services, etc.
• organization of the work of all employees at the retail site; preparation of work plans and shift schedules for sales staff, organization of annual leave allocation
• ensuring the application of prescribed occupational safety rules, occupational protection measures, fire protection, protection of persons, property, and the environment at the retail site
• responsibility for material and financial business, realization of sales plans and costs, sales settlements, assets at the retail site
• daily submission of total turnover, quality and quantity control of received goods; shortages and surpluses; rational ordering from suppliers and optimal stock levels.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THE POSITION:

• SSS (preference for commercial, economic, or catering school)
• work experience of at least one year in the same or similar jobs
• basic computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• knowledge of English at a basic level
• a certificate stating that you are not under criminal investigation.

• knowledge of an additional foreign language for communication with foreign customers
• developed communication skills and experience in providing feedback
