Regional Technical Education Manager
About the Role We are looking for an experienced and technically strong Regional Technical Education Manager to oversee the development, implementation and quality of our robotics, STEM, coding and AI education programmes across Singapore and international markets. This role is ideal for someone with a who is passionate about technology education and enjoys working with students, trainers, schools and international partners. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our technical programmes are professionally delivered, scalable across multiple centres and consistently maintained to a high standard. 1. Regional Programme & Centre Management Oversee the technical and educational operations of programmes across Singapore and overseas Support the launch and implementation of programmes in centres and international markets. Establish and maintain consistent technical and teaching standards across centres. Work closely with teachers and overseas partners to resolve operational and technical issues. Conduct regular programme reviews and recommend improvements.
- Robotics, AI & STEM Programme Development
Develop, review and improve robotics, STEM, coding and AI programmes for students Design hands-on learning activities, robotics challenges and project-based learning experiences. Develop structured learning pathways from beginner to advanced levels. Ensure programmes are age-appropriate, engaging and aligned with current technology trends. Support the development of certification programmes and assessment standards.
- Technical Leadership
Provide technical guidance on various technology education platforms, programming systems and related educational technologies. Evaluate new robotics, AI, coding and STEM technologies for potential integration into programmes. Troubleshoot technical issues involving robotics equipment and classroom technology. Develop technical guidelines and best practices for trainers and centres. Ensure equipment is properly maintained and used safely.
- Trainer Development & Quality Assurance
Train and mentor trainers and partners Develop trainer guides, technical resources and teaching standards. Conduct trainer training, workshops and professional development sessions. Observe classes and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching quality. Ensure trainers are confident in both the technical and educational aspects of programme delivery.
- School & Institutional Programmes
Support the development and delivery of robotics, STEM and AI programmes for schools and educational institutions both local and overseas Work with schools to understand their learning objectives and recommend appropriate programmes. Support the planning of school workshops, enrichment programmes, camps and technology events. Coordinate technical requirements, equipment and trainers for large-scale programmes.
- International & Regional Expansion
Work with international partners, schools and education organisations to implement programmes overseas. Support the development of technical and operational frameworks for international centres and franchise partners. Conduct programme onboarding and technical training for overseas partners and trainers. Adapt programmes where necessary to meet local market and school requirements while maintaining core programme standards. Support international workshops, demonstrations and education events.
- Competitions & Projects
Support student preparation for local and regional robotics and AI competitions other relevant competitions. Develop competition training programmes and technical challenges. Guide trainers in competition preparation and student project development. Support student teams during major competitions and technical events where required.
- Curriculum & Learning Resources
Develop and maintain curriculum materials, lesson plans, project guides and trainer resources. Review existing curriculum regularly and identify areas for improvement. Introduce new technologies and emerging areas such as AI, machine learning and robotics automation Ensure curriculum documentation is properly organised and standardised across centres.
- Business & Programme Development
Work closely with management and business development teams to identify new education opportunities. Support the development of new workshops, courses and technology programmes. Participate in meetings with schools, corporate organisations and international partners. Provide technical input for proposals, programme quotations and partnership discussions. Identify opportunities to expand robotics and STEM education programmes into new markets.
