INGROUP is seeking, on behalf of a client, a multinational cosmetics company operating in the pharmacy and dermatological clinic sector:

Dermocosmetics Trainer

Responsibilities:

• Presentation and training on the technical characteristics of the brands.
• Training partners on products, application protocols, the service model, and brand values.
• Providing aesthetic services and applying facial treatments according to brand protocols, in pharmacies and selected collaboration points.
• Collaboration with the Sales Department for the development and effective positioning of the brands in pharmacies.
• Monitoring market trends, competition, and consumer needs.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with partners at points of sale.
• Ensuring the correct image and promotion of the brands in pharmacies.

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Aesthetics & Cosmetology (University/TEI or equivalent recognized school).
• Essential knowledge of cabin procedures and experience in providing aesthetic services and facial treatments.
• Experience in the dermocosmetics field and/or in a pharmacy environment will be considered a significant advantage.
• Excellent knowledge of English.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Driver's license.
• Ability to travel (approximately 1.5 weeks per month).
