Store Manager

A large and dynamically growing company in the retail sector is seeking a Store Manager, who will have overall responsibility for the smooth and efficient operation of the store, team management, and the achievement of commercial and financial goals.

The role combines the management of a large team of employees, operational efficiency, and commercial growth, with a significant degree of responsibility and autonomy.

Main Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the daily operation and performance of the store, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and high service standards.
• Management, guidance, and development of a team of 60–80 employees, with responsibility for effective shift organization, performance, training, and team motivation.
• Monitoring and achievement of commercial and financial goals, through systematic monitoring of sales, KPIs, productivity, and operating costs.
• Development and implementation of actions for the commercial growth of the store in the wider area, aiming to increase the customer base, sales, and market share.
• Ensuring effective management of inventory, orders, deliveries, and the commercial image of the store.
• Collaboration with the company's central operations and submission of proposals for the improvement of commercial performance, productivity, and customer experience.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience of at least 5 years in a similar store management position or a large commercial unit, preferably in the retail, wholesale, or Cash & Carry sector.
• Significant experience in the management and coordination of multi-member teams.
• Degree from IEK/TEI/AEI. Studies in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field will be considered an additional asset.
• Good knowledge of the English language.
• Very good use of PC and MS Office. Familiarity with ERP and commercial management systems will be appreciated.
• Ability to monitor and utilize commercial and operational KPIs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Commercial mindset, result orientation, and decision-making ability in a demanding and dynamic environment.

Working Hours

The position involves 6-day employment with one day off per week, on a rotating schedule of morning and afternoon shifts.
