INGROUP, on behalf of its client, a leading company in the field of technological products, electronics, and electrical appliances, is looking for a Junior E-commerce Operations / Campaigns Executive to join the Digital Commerce team.

The Role

As a Junior E-commerce Executive, you will support the daily operation of digital commerce platforms and the implementation of commercial and digital marketing activities.

You will play an active role in the setup and execution of promotions, campaigns, coupons, newsletters, push notifications, and website content, working closely with the E-commerce, Marketing, IT, and other relevant departments.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support and execution of daily tasks on E-commerce and Digital Commerce platforms.
  • Setup of promotions and commercial policies via WCS, such as discounts, offers, and special commercial actions.
  • Creation and management of commercial coupons and discount codes.
  • Support in the implementation and execution of Newsletter and Email Marketing campaigns.
  • Implementation of Push Notification campaigns and other digital activities.
  • Checking the correct operation of activities and identifying potential malfunctions.
  • Identification, reporting, and follow-up of system bugs, in collaboration with the responsible IT teams.
  • Checking the accuracy of data, offers, dates, and content before every publication.
  • Collaboration with E-commerce, Marketing, IT, and other relevant departments for the timely and correct implementation of activities.

Required Qualifications:

  • University degree, ideally in Marketing
  • 1 year of professional experience
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, with emphasis on Excel.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
