Guest Experience Advisor
Location: Spata

Responsibilities
As a Guest Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming and serving guests at the Information Desk
- Providing information regarding the stores, services, and promotional activities of the shopping center
- Welcoming and serving organized tourist groups
- Managing the call center and incoming calls
- Managing services for guests
- Managing the Lost & Found process
- Managing Gift Voucher sales
- Announcements via the public address system
At the same time, you will support the central administration team in:
- Health & Safety matters
- Communication with the shopping center stores
- Collection and entry of sales data
- Managing the Retail Advantage platform
- Coordinating promotional activities and monitoring their implementation
- Administrative and clerical support where required
Required Qualifications:
- Very good knowledge of English, both written and spoken
- Very good knowledge of MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service position
- Experience in a Reception or Front Desk position will be considered an additional asset

The position refers exclusively to on-site work at the Designer Outlet Athens facilities in Spata.
