Finance Officer

INGROUP is seeking, on behalf of a client, a Finance Officer, who will be responsible for daily financial and cash management, monitoring liquidity, collections, payments, and supporting financial planning and the budget.

Responsibilities:

• Daily monitoring of cash availability and bank accounts, as well as payment scheduling
• Monitoring collections, receivables, and obligations of customers and suppliers
• Bank, customer, and supplier reconciliations and performing the relevant cash entries
• Support in the preparation and monitoring of cash-flow forecast and annual budget, as well as monitoring variances
• Monitoring financial and contractual obligations, such as loans, leasing, and other long-term commitments

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or Business Administration
• 2–3 years of relevant professional experience in Finance, Treasury, Accounting, or financial management
• Good understanding of cash-flow management, collections, payments, and bank reconciliations
• Very good knowledge of MS Excel and generally MS Office
• Experience in ERP, ideally SoftOne
• Good knowledge of English

Salary: from 1,200€ net, with the possibility of an increase depending on experience and qualifications.
