Job Vacancy: Part Time Retail Assistant (Gadgets & Toys)

📍 Location: Yishun Northpoint City 💼 Job Type: Part-Time (Local Applicants) 💰 Salary: S$1,200 per month 📅 Working Schedule: 3 days per week

Additional Benefits

• Attendance Incentive: S$100
• Public Holiday Allowance: S$50 per public holiday worked (Not applicable if a day off in lieu is provided.)
• Sales Incentives & Retail Commission Provided

Preferred Experience

• Candidates with mobile phone accessories retail experience will be preferred.
• Candidates with screen protector installation experience will be given priority.
• Experience handling gadgets, toys, and mobile accessories is an advantage.

Requirements

• Cheerful, patient, friendly, and responsible.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to keep up with the latest gadgets, toys, and mobile accessory trends .
• Willing to learn and take on new challenges.
• Able to interact with customers politely and professionally.
• Punctual and reliable.
• Flexible and able to work according to a pre-arranged roster.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Share product knowledge and provide suitable recommendations.
• Assist customers with gadgets, toys, and mobile accessories .
• Maintain a clean, neat, and organised store environment.
• Handle customer enquiries, concerns, exchanges, and returns.
• Operate the cashier accurately and responsibly.
• Work together with the team to achieve sales and customer service targets.
