2.2.2. PROFESSIONAL SPECIALIST

Based on the Decision of the Governing Board at the 185th session on 28.04.2026 and the Consent of the Ministry of Health KLASA: 100-01/26-03/80, URBROJ: 534-03-2-2/2-26-11 from 22.05. 2026, Imunološki zavod announces a PUBLIC COMPETITION for establishing an employment relationship for an indefinite period for the position:

2.2.2. Professional specialist in the Department for Registration and Pharmacovigilance, 1 executor

Probni rad 6 months

Requirements:

• undergraduate and graduate university studies or integrated undergraduate and graduate university studies of biology, pharmacy, biotechnology, medicine, veterinary medicine, chemistry, biochemistry, medical biochemistry and related fields
• knowledge of GMP
• at least 1 year of professional work experience
• knowledge of the English language
• computer skills

When applying, the candidate is obliged to submit:

• CV
• proof of acquired professional qualifications (copy)
• electronic record from the Croatian Pension Insurance Institute regarding data recorded in the master record, showing the employer, professional qualifications, and duration of insurance period (or a copy of a certificate)
• proof of professional work experience of at least 1 year (copy: certificates from previous employers regarding the tasks performed by the candidate or copies of employment contracts or documents more closely describing the candidate's work experience)
• proof or statement of knowledge of the GMP system
• certificate from the competent authority proving that no criminal proceedings are being conducted against the candidate - not older than six months (electronic record)

The application for the competition must include the applicant's personal data (first and last name, residential address, telephone or mobile number, email address) and the exact name and number of the position to which the candidate is applying. The application must be handwritten signed. A candidate who considers they have a right of preference in employment according to a special law is obliged to refer to that right in the application for the competition and attach all evidence necessary to exercise the right of preference, and has preference over other candidates only under equal conditions.

A candidate who refers to the right of preference in employment according to the provisions of Article 102 of the Act on Croatian Defenders of the Homeland War and their family members (NN 121/17, 98/19, 84/21 and 156/23), along with the application for the competition, is obliged to attach, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, all necessary evidence from Article 103 of the same Act. A candidate who refers to the right of preference in employment according to the provisions of Article 48 of the Act on Civil Victims of the Homeland War (NN 84/21), along with the application for the competition, is obliged to attach, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, all necessary evidence from Article 49 of the same Act. A candidate who refers to the right of preference in employment according to the provisions of Article 48 f. of the Act on the Protection of Military and Civil War Disabled Persons (NN 33/92, 57/92, 77/92, 27/93, 58/93, 2/94, 76/94, 108/95, 108/96, 82/01, 103/03, 148/13 and 98/19) along with the application for the competition, is obliged to attach, in addition to proof of meeting the requested requirements, a decision or certificate from which the mentioned right is visible, as well as proof of the manner in which the employment relationship ended.

A candidate who refers to the right of preference in employment according to the provisions of Article 9 of the Act on Professional Rehabilitation and Employment of Persons with Disabilities (NN 157/13, 152/14, 39/18 and 32/20) is obliged to attach all evidence of meeting the requested requirements, as well as proof of the established status of a person with a disability.

If a candidate applies for multiple positions simultaneously, they are obliged to submit a separate application with complete documentation for each position. All applications that do not include the required documentation will be rejected. Persons of both sexes may apply to the competition in accordance with the Act on Gender Equality. Expressions used in this competition that have a gender meaning are used neutrally and refer equally to both male and female genders.

The deadline for submitting applications is 15 days from the date of publication in Narodne novine.

A written application with proof of meeting the requirements from the competition is submitted to the address: Imunološki zavod, Rockefellerova 2, 10000 Zagreb, with the mandatory notation "Prijava na natječaj za radno mjesto - navesti broj i naziv radnog mjesta", by registered mail or in person (registry - Rockefellerova 10).

Untimely and incomplete offers will not be considered. Imunološki zavod reserves the right to verify the professional and work abilities of candidates as well as to cancel the competition. By applying for the competition, you give consent for the processing of your personal data for the purpose of employment, in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation. Imunološki zavod guarantees every applicant that the submitted documentation will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the employment process.
