Contract Project Manager - Engineering

Your tasks

We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee the delivery of engineering projects within a technical manufacturing environment.

You’ll manage projects from design through to manufacture, installation and commissioning, ensuring delivery against agreed budgets, timescales and customer requirements.

Requirements

Key responsibilities

• Manage project budgets, schedules and overall delivery.
• Act as the main customer contact.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, software and manufacturing teams.
• Oversee technical documentation, including FDS, FAT and SAT.
• Support installation and commissioning at UK and international sites.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards and customer requirements.

How to apply

About you

• HNC or above in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Experience managing complex engineering projects.
• Able to interpret CAD drawings and electrical schematics.
• Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel.
