Requirements:

• Age: 35 - 55 years
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Agronomic Engineering, Agronomy, Agro-industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• English - Intermediate
• Minimum 5 years in sugarcane agricultural operation in a sugar mill, of which at least 3 years in management, coordination, or field supervision positions.
• Experience in sugarcane agricultural production, management and development of producers and suppliers, application of technical specifications, scheduling of harvest and raw material transport, relationship with sugarcane associations and committees.
• Management of Geographic Information (GIS) and GPS, Microsoft Office (advanced Excel), Power BI, agricultural module of the corporate ERP, field sampling equipment (refractometer, moisture probe).
