Prevention Services Consultant (M/F)

The client is a global player in consulting and technology and is recruiting an experienced SAP FS-PM Techno-Functional Consultant as part of a highly specialized transformation project in the insurance sector.

This is a B2B contract mission, with an initial duration of 3 months with the possibility of renewal, working hours 09:00-18:00 CET. The position is ideal for an SAP FS-PM expert capable of bridging the gap between business solution design and operational system implementation.

Your missions

• Lead solution design workshops with business stakeholders
• Translate business needs into functional and technical solution designs
• Perform operational configuration in SAP FS-PM (Financial Services - Policy Management)
• Collaborate closely with architects, developers, and business teams throughout the implementation
• Support technical teams on evolutions, specific developments, interfaces, and data migration
• Contribute to light development activities if necessary: debugging, enhancements, rule configuration
• Ensure consistency between product configuration, contract lifecycle processes, and surrounding systems
• Support integrations between SAP solutions and external platforms

Your profile

• Solid operational expertise in SAP FS-PM
• Proven experience in solution design and functional architecture
• Strong experience in FS-PM configuration
• Good knowledge of insurance processes, ideally Life and/or P&C
• Ability to translate complex business needs into structured system solutions
• English level C1
• Knowledge of ABAP (debugging, BADIs, user exits, enhancements) is an asset
• Experience with IDocs, API, middleware, and system integrations is highly appreciated
• Experience with the SAP Fioneer ecosystem is a real plus
• Previous experience in large-scale transformation programs
• Ability to work autonomously in a senior consulting environment, in direct contact with the client
