Executive Personal Assistant - Community ,Wellness & Beauty
We’re looking for a polished, organised and highly capable PA / EA to support the owner across her growing businesses.
This is a hands-on, multi-faceted role for someone who enjoys being at the centre of things. coordinating, following up, solving problems and making sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll be primarily based at the front office of our new boutique wellness & beauty space , where you’ll also be part of creating a warm, professional and elevated experience for our clients.
The role will include:
- Supporting the owner with scheduling, appointments and day-to-day coordination
- Managing follow-ups with staff, suppliers, partners and vendors
- Coordinating meetings, events, projects and business matters
- Supporting operations across the owner’s different businesses
- Managing the wellness front desk and welcoming clients
- Handling bookings, enquiries, payments and client communication
- Supporting the team and ensuring the front-of-house experience is seamless
- Assisting with stock, supplies, documents and general administration
- Being hands-on with day-to-day problem solving and whatever needs to get done
We’re looking for someone who is:
- ✨ Experienced in beauty, wellness, hospitality or other premium service industries
- ✨ Naturally polished, warm and confident with clients
- ✨ Someone who genuinely enjoys a front-line, people-facing role
- ✨ Highly organised and excellent at multi-tasking
- ✨ Proactive. You see what needs to be done and take ownership
- ✨ Resourceful and comfortable working in a fast-moving environment
- ✨ Detail-oriented, discreet and trustworthy
- ✨ Comfortable communicating with different people and managing multiple priorities
- ✨ Happy to wear different hats and get involved across the business
This is not a traditional desk-bound PA role . It’s a dynamic position combining business support, operations and luxury front-of-house .
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in how things are presented, enjoys working with people and wants to grow alongside an entrepreneurial business.
