Treatment Coordinator

We're growing our London team and looking for a Treatment Coordinator to join us! ✨ 🦷 What you will do: Be the face of Impress, greet patients, present treatment plans, and guide them through timelines and expectations

Engage and form a genuine connection with patients to keep them excited about their journey to a more confident smile

Own the patient relationship from first visit through end of treatment, resolving issues for problem cases

Track conversions, treatment starts, and clinic performance against targets

Coordinate scheduling between patients, doctors, and clinic staff

Support marketing activities, patient events, and photo/video content at the clinic

Meet individual sales and conversion budgets

Ensure a 100% amazing look and feel in the clinic

🌟 What we expect from you: +1 year of experience in a similar customer-facing, sales, or coordination role

Previous experience in the dental or healthcare industry is a plus 🪥

Team player, positive, curious, and enthusiastic 🙌

Goal-oriented, comfortable working with autonomy

Proactive, eager to take on responsibility

Strong communication skills 💬

Fluent English required 🇬🇧
