Senior Consultant Finance Digital Transformation (M/F)

Our Lyon office is recruiting a Senior Consultant to strengthen the Finance and Digital Transformation Consulting team.

We intervene on many types of missions for our clients, from strategic thinking to operational implementation, in both national and international contexts.

Our clients are Mid-caps (ETI) or subsidiaries of large groups, primarily covering the industry, services, and retail sectors.

We offer you the possibility to work on a variety of business transformation missions at the request of CEOs, CFOs, and CIOs to provide momentum to their teams.

We offer you the possibility to intervene on all missions attached to Finance and Digital Transformation Consulting.

• Finance function performance: Diagnosis and redefinition of the operating model, business process efficiency, economic performance analysis (reporting, KPI, redesign of analytics, working capital optimization, etc.)
• Digital transformation: analysis of processes, flows, use cases, and data in connection with challenges such as electronic invoicing and the digitalization of operational and financial processes.
• Information Systems: Master Plan, Core Model definition, Decision Support, Project Management Assistance (AMOA) for solutions such as ERP, EPM/CPM, and digital solutions for Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, and Cash Management processes.

You will be required to develop and promote our expertise to our clients (through marketing and commercial actions) as well as to employees (skill development, onboarding actions).

The position is based in our Lyon 6th arrondissement office, on a permanent contract (CDI). You will work within a team present in Lyon and Paris.

You are a graduate of an Engineering or Business School with a specialization, or a University postgraduate degree.

You possess a minimum of 3 years of experience acquired in a consulting firm and/or in an operational role.

You have led or contributed to the implementation of organizational transformation projects, process evolution, or solution deployment.

You are curious, like to challenge yourself, and do not hesitate to be proactive in making proposals.

You have a sense of organization and are rigorous in your work.

You have good analytical skills regarding problems and know how to co-construct solutions with your interlocutors.

You are comfortable in both oral and written communication, as well as in the formalization of your deliverables.

You know how to adapt to various interlocutors and work in a team.

You have developed knowledge and/or skills around new technologies (AI, data processing, etc.).

You are fluent in English.
