System Administrator

ImplanTec GmbH is an Austrian family business specializing in the development, manufacture, and distribution of artificial hip joint endoprostheses.

To support our location in Mödling, we are looking for an experienced 1 System Administrator

Tasks

• Support and optimization of the server and network infrastructure (virtualization via Hyper-V)

• Support and optimization of the WLAN infrastructure

• Support and monitoring of backups

• Support and monitoring of security solutions

• Configuration and installation of hardware and software

• Windows client support, support of the Microsoft product range, printer landscape, telephone system, as well as mobile devices

• Processing and coordination of maintenance for hardware and peripherals

• Analysis and resolution of user malfunctions (1st and 2nd level support)

• Consulting and operational support for specialist departments

• Organization and implementation of on-the-job training

• Development, implementation, and control of IT standards

• Creation of process and system documentation

• Collaboration on digital innovation projects

Requirement Profile

• Completed IT training (HTL, FH, or comparable)

• Several years of professional experience

• Good knowledge in the field of network and server architecture

• Experience in the areas of security and data security

• High willingness to learn and a structured way of working

• Enjoyment in implementing department-specific requirements

• Strong service orientation and independent working style

• High communication and teamwork skills

• Profound English skills in speaking and writing
