ROLE: Carpenter PAY RATE: £26.00 per hour CIS CONTRACT TYPE: Temporary - 3 Months LOCATION: Tamworth - Various Sites

THE ROLE:

We are seeking experienced Carpenters to work across social housing properties in the Tamworth area. The role will involve front-end responsive repairs, along with kitchen and bathroom projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Carry out carpentry and joinery repairs in social housing properties.
• Work on kitchen and bathroom projects.
• Complete responsive repairs safely and efficiently.
• Maintain good quality and safety standards.
• Liaise with tenants and other trades where required.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Proven experience as a Carpenter within construction or social housing.
• Experience with responsive repairs, kitchens and bathrooms.
• Relevant qualifications/cards.
• Good health & safety awareness.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Good communication skills.
