- You have practical experience working as a grinder with conventional and/or CNC grinding machines.
- You can read and interpret technical drawings with good mechanical insight.
- You are accurate, driven, and maintain a quality-conscious work ethic.
- You are solution-oriented and eager to learn new techniques and processes.
- You can work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- You can work independently and collaborate well as part of a team.
- You are sociable and polite in your interactions with colleagues.
- You are flexible and willing to work overtime when needed.
- You speak English.
