Business Development Officer
About the company
iMPACT Training & Consultancy Services is looking for a Business Development Officer to help us acquire and grow partnerships with businesses in the food, restaurant, bar, retail, and service industries.
Your tasks
- Identify and generate leads through phone, online research, field visits, events, and other sales activities.
- Meet with restaurant owners, managers, and business decision-makers to present solutions and close partnerships.
- Manage the sales process from initial contact through negotiation, contract signing, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchant partners.
- Conduct merchant onboarding and training, ensuring requirements and documentation are complete.
- Identify opportunities to help partners grow through promotions, business expansion, and additional products and services.
- Work closely with internal teams to address partner needs and ensure a positive client experience.
- Track account information, follow-ups, and performance while working toward individual and team targets.
Requirements

- Willing to learn and able to work independently and with a team.
