Project Manager (Buildings)

Your tasks
- Lead and coordinate project teams and subcontractors to achieve project completion by approved contract dates
- Conduct regular site inspections to verify compliance with quality standards and site safety regulations
- Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, consultants, and authorities to establish guidelines and provide expert supervision to project teams
- Manage on-site staff to ensure effective execution of project operations and adherence to plans
- Oversee document control processes, including distribution of drawings, specifications, and technical documents to relevant parties
- Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with the Company’s ISO management system
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board
- Certified Specialist in Construction Project Management (CSCPM) certificate
- Min. 5 years of construction experience
- Experience private residential project
- Able to lead and motivate a team as well as adapt to a fast paced and dynamic environment.
