Business Development Manager (Facilities Management)

Job Responsibilities:

• Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
• Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
• Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
• Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
• Responsible for driving business growth within a company.
• They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in engineering or construction management or business related.
• More than 5 years of relevant working experience in Business Development for construction or building facilities management, A&A works is a plus.
• Driven and passionate in networking and clinching deals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good network.
