Patient Service Officer

Main Responsibilities: Reception and customer service Entry and updating of patient data in software systems Execution of hospitalization & examination procedures Management of cash transactions and sending reports to the finance department Collaboration with the medical and nursing team Compliance with GDPR regulations and procedures Required Qualifications: Degree in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, Health Units, or related field. Mandatory previous work experience of 2-3 years in the healthcare sector. Excellent knowledge of computer operation and typing. Very good knowledge of the English language (written and spoken).
