Purchasing Intern (Electronic Manufacturing) - Part-time

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:

• Support in purchasing processes: quoting with national and international suppliers, comparison of prices and conditions, follow-up on purchase orders.
• Administrative management: updating supplier databases, filing and control of documentation (invoices, orders, contracts), generating reports in Excel.
• Logistic follow-up: monitoring deliveries and committed dates, communication with suppliers to confirm shipments.
• Analysis: support in cost analysis, review of area performance indicators.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Active student of Lic. Comercio Internacional, Ing. Industrial or related.
• Experience: not required, proactivity, attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn.
• Basic knowledge: concepts of purchasing and sourcing, supply chain.
• Software: Microsoft Office Suite, Excel (intermediate level).
• Language: intermediate English (conversational).
• Active IMSS facultative insurance and/or private insurance provided by the university.
• Modality: On-site
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
• Location: Parque Industrial El Salto, Jalisco
