Technology Project Management Specialist

Responsibilities and assignments

• Manage the Technology project portfolio, controlling scope, deadline, costs, risks, dependencies, resources, and status;
• Structure and conduct projects, defining methodology (Waterfall, Agile, or hybrid), schedule/backlog, responsibilities, milestones, and follow-up rituals;
• Conduct meetings and governance, ensuring decisions, owners, deadlines, next steps, and follow-up on commitments;
• Integrate Technology, business, and suppliers, aligning responsibilities, priorities, resources, and resolving conflicts or impediments;
• Manage risks, issues, and changes, ensuring registration, impact analysis, response plans, and necessary approvals;
• Monitor deliveries, budget, and performance, identifying deviations and performing escalations when necessary;
• Produce executive status reports, supporting the Head and the Technology Committee in decision-making and portfolio prioritization;
• Manage suppliers and integrators, monitoring contracts, schedules, deliveries, acceptances, and commitments;
• Ensure the transition to operation, ensuring acceptance criteria, documentation, knowledge transfer, and post-implementation support;
• Evolve project governance and methodology, maintaining standards, tools, indicators, and management best practices;
• Promote continuous improvement, recording lessons learned and enhancing project discipline;
• Incorporate security, privacy, and architecture requirements from the start of projects, in conjunction with specialist areas.

Requirements and qualifications

• 🎓 Higher education in IT, Systems, Engineering, Administration, or related fields, with a Postgraduate degree/MBA in Project Management, IT, or Governance;
• 🏆 PMP or equivalent and Agile certification (PSM, CSM, PMI-ACP, or KMP);
• 📊 Solid experience in project and portfolio management, including predictive, agile, and hybrid methods;
• ⚠️ Mastery of risk management, stakeholders, budget, prioritization, and governance/PMO;
• 🛠️ Knowledge of Power BI, advanced Excel, and tools such as Jira, MS Project, or ClickUp;
• 📐 Knowledge of BPMN, process improvement, LGPD, and Information Security;
• 🏛️ Knowledge of ITIL 4 and COBIT 2019 applied to project management and operations;
• 🚚 Experience in transport, logistics, and distributed operations, as well as ERP/SAP Business One projects;
• 🤖 Experience with automation, RPA, digital products, and IA, as well as supplier and integrator management;
• 🌎 Advanced English for documentation and relationship with suppliers.
