Responsibilities and assignments

• Define and evolve the strategy, roadmap, and technology architecture standards together with leadership;
• Translate business and technology needs into architectural solutions, evaluating cost, deadline, risks, integration, and internal capacity;
• Conduct Build vs. Buy decisions, vendor evaluation, products, and proofs of concept;
• Design end-to-end solution architectures, including corporate systems, digital products, integrations, APIs, messaging, and events;
• Define and ensure non-functional requirements for availability, performance, scalability, observability, security, and cost;
• Establish cloud architecture standards and hybrid environments, in partnership with Infrastructure;
• Act in architecture governance and review, supporting projects and strategic Technology decisions;
• Manage the evolution of the application ecosystem, system rationalization, and reduction of duplications and technical debt;
• Support executive decisions with technical opinions, business cases, and architectural impact analyses;
• Incorporate security, privacy, and data requirements into architecture decisions and follow relevant technological trends.

Requirements and qualifications

• 🎓 Completed higher education in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related areas;
• 📚 Postgraduate degree or MBA in Solutions Architecture, Software Engineering, or IT Management;
• ☁️ Experience with Cloud architecture and hybrid environments (Azure and/or AWS);
• 🔗 Knowledge in APIs, integrations, messaging, events, and ETL;
• 🏗️ Experience with architecture design and documentation, including C4, UML, BPMN, and ADR;
• ⚖️ Experience in “buy vs. build” analysis (Buy vs. Build);
• 🔐 Knowledge in security, LGPD, and non-functional requirements;
• 🚀 Knowledge in DevOps, CI/CD, containers, and databases;
• 🤝 Communication and influence capability with technical and business areas;
• 🌎 Technical English for reading documentation and interacting with vendors;
• 🧩 Experience with ERP and critical integrations;
• ☁️ Differential: TOGAF, AWS Solutions Architect, or Microsoft AZ-305 certifications;
• 💰 Knowledge in FinOps and Cloud cost management;
• 🔄 Experience with automation, RPA, data, and analytics.
