Your tasks
- Independent execution of order and transport processing from order receipt to tracking of goods delivery, including invoicing
- Independent processing of customer inquiries involving the sales department
- Support for existing customers and building long-term customer relationships
- Interface between sales, suppliers, and customers
- Support for the field service and preparation of price quotations
- Competent correspondence with customers and suppliers; sending and following up on information and contract documents
- Recording all necessary data and activities in the ERP system (JD Edwards) as well as in our CRM system (Salesforce)
- Ordering processes / warehouse optimization
- Complaint processing
- Dunning management
What you bring with you
- Completed commercial vocational training
- Several years of experience in a similar field of activity (administration, freight forwarding)
- Strong customer and service orientation
- Stress resistance and enjoyment in dealing with customers
- Fluent Croatian, English, and German skills
- Independent, conscientious, and structured way of working
- Solid PC skills, JD Edwards and Salesforce knowledge is an advantage
