Your responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned principals, product portfolios, and business opportunities within SEE
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned principals and coordinate regular business reviews and strategic discussions, including price negotiations
- Drive portfolio growth through market analysis, identification of new opportunities, and successful introduction of new products and suppliers
- Coordinate activities between internal stakeholders and departments as well as external partners
- Support the development and implementation of principal-specific business plans and growth strategies
- Monitor business performance, market developments, competitor activities, and product pipelines to identify opportunities and risks
- Ensure accurate forecasting, budgeting inputs, reporting, and maintenance of product-related information in Salesforce and other business systems
- Drive data quality and compliance with company processes and digital and marketing initiatives
- Coordinate technical and commercial know-how transfer from principals to internal stakeholders and participate in trainings
- Align on product development activities and application projects with the Food & Nutrition Laboratory to support innovation, commercialization, and business growth
- Represent IMCD in international interactions with principals, supplier meetings, business reviews, trade fairs, and industry events
Your profile
- University degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Engineering, Nutrition, or a related Life Science discipline
- Commercial experience within the B2B food ingredient industry or related sectors
- Strong stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with a structured and proactive way of working
- Fluent English; German and/or additional SEE languages are advantageous
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office; Salesforce experience is considered a plus
