*Job Overview*

We are seeking a professional and vigilant Uniformed Security Officer to maintain safety and security at our Strata building. This role involves monitoring premises, enforcing security protocols, and ensuring a safe environment for staff, visitors, and property. The ideal candidate must have their AST and excellent observational skills,.

The position requires a uniformed presence and the ability to respond effectively to various security situations.

*Responsibilities*

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter unauthorized access and identify potential security risks
• Monitor surveillance equipment such as CCTV systems to oversee activity across the property
• Enforce security policies and procedures, including access control and loss prevention measures
• Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, or emergencies, coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services as needed
• Maintain detailed incident reports and documentation of daily activities
• Assist visitors and staff by providing directions or information while maintaining a professional presence
• Conduct security checks on equipment, entrances, and exits to ensure operational integrity
• Observe and report suspicious activity or safety hazards in a timely manner

*Qualifications*

• Knowledge of surveillance systems and CCTV operation is highly desirable
• Excellent observational skills with keen attention to detail
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure during emergencies or conflicts
• Physical fitness to perform patrols and respond quickly when necessary
• Basic Security Training (BST) and Advance Security Training (AST) licenses.
