Scope of Work

• Technical Review & Architecture Planning

• Review the existing application code and recommend the most suitable server architecture and infrastructure configuration.

• Assess the application’s scalability, security, reliability, and performance requirements.

• Recommend best practices to enhance application responsiveness and user experience.

• Server Configuration & Application Deployment

• Configure the server and required runtime environments.

• Deploy the completed application, including the Node.js backend and React.js frontend.

• Configure the necessary services, networking, security, and monitoring tools.

• System Integration Testing (SIT) Support

• Prepare the deployment environment for System Integration Testing (SIT).

• Work closely with our internal team, who will conduct the SIT and validate the application’s functionality.

• Resolve any server-side, configuration, or performance issues identified during testing.

• Go-Live & Post-Deployment Monitoring

• Support the production launch once SIT has been completed successfully and the application is approved for release.

• Monitor application performance, server resources, stability, and responsiveness after launch.

• Troubleshoot and resolve deployment-related issues and recommend further improvements where necessary.

• To establish a secure, stable, and well-optimised production environment that supports a smooth application launch, delivers a positive user experience, and allows for future growth.

Requirements

I am looking for an experienced IT specialist with expertise in server configuration, Node.js, and React.js to assist with deploying and optimising our completed web application.

Required Experience

• Strong experience in server configuration, deployment, and infrastructure management.

• Proficiency in Node.js and React.js application deployment and troubleshooting.

• Experience with cloud hosting, preferably AWS.

• Knowledge of web application architecture, performance optimisation, security, and scalability.

• Experience with SIT support, production deployment, and post-launch monitoring.
