Web & CRM Developer

About the Role ILOT Property Bali is seeking a dedicated Web & CRM Developer to join our Marketing and Digital team on-site in Canggu. Based on the details in the WEB & CRM Dev.jpg file, this role focuses on optimizing our digital footprint through WordPress development, CRM automation, and system integrations to drive our real estate marketing efforts forward.

Key Responsibilities

• Web Development & Maintenance: Build and maintain WordPress sites utilizing Elementor Pro, develop custom sections, and manage hosting, staging environments, and regular backups.
• SEO & Tracking: Implement on-page technical SEO, optimize Core Web Vitals, and configure tracking tools including Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, and Meta Pixel for accurate lead source attribution.
• CRM & Automation: Administer the GoHighLevel platform (managing pipelines, custom fields, workflows, and lead capture) and configure Conversational AI chatbots.
• System Integration: Seamlessly connect various tools and platforms via webhooks, APIs, and middleware (e.g., Cloudflare Workers).

Required Qualifications

• Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 1 year of web development experience.
• Platform Skills: Strong technical proficiency in WordPress (Elementor, ACF). Experience with GoHighLevel is strongly preferred, though expertise in comparable CRMs is acceptable.
• Technical Knowledge: Working knowledge of REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, hosting environments, DNS, Git, and technical SEO fundamentals.
• Language: English working proficiency.
