Job Description
- Perform professional facials and other beauty services for customers
- Create a safe space for your clients to disclose their face/body concerns, taking note of their individual needs, routines, and goals
- Ensure each client receives an extraordinary treatment for their individual needs and goals.
- Provide a friendly, compassionate environment, deep product/protocol knowledge and honest advice
- Educate clients on both the protocol being administered as well as their own unique skincare concerns and questions by modelling our innovative philosophy
- Handle administrative duties, manage appointments, maintaining client records, inventory and operating supplies
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superiors.
Requirements
- Truly passionate about skincare & beauty and making clients happy and beautiful inside and out, self-motivated and able to work in international, fast paced environment
- Must be highly professional and very detail oriented.
- Experience at beauty industry with a proven track record of excellence in aesthetic.
- Provide customers with professional service.
- Great communicating skills
