Functional Consultant - Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central

We are looking for a Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant who can translate business needs into practical Microsoft solutions and confidently guide customers through implementation. Key responsibilities Lead requirement-gathering and process-discovery workshops

Map business processes to Dynamics 365 Business Central

Configure solutions and identify gaps requiring customisation or integration

Prepare functional specifications, process flows and test scripts

Support data migration, UAT, user training and go-live

Work closely with customers, developers and project teams

Recommend process improvements, automation and practical AI use cases

About you Experience implementing Dynamics 365, ERP, CRM or business applications

Good understanding of finance, sales, purchasing, inventory or operations

Strong analytical, documentation and customer-facing skills

Able to manage requirements and translate them into workable solutions

Comfortable handling multiple projects and collaborating across teams

Exposure to Business Central, Power Platform or Power BI is an advantage
